When you submit a service request, we collect your name, phone number, optional email, city or ZIP code, appliance details and message. Please do not include payment information or other sensitive information.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, discuss your appliance and coordinate service. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Website service providers

The website is prepared for Netlify hosting and form processing. The local preview does not send service requests. These services may process technical information needed to operate and protect the website. The site also requests fonts from Google Fonts, which receives the technical information associated with those requests.

Partner inquiries and external links

For partner services, we use your inquiry to help coordinate communication. We ask for your permission before forwarding your contact details to a partner. Booking links open Housecall Pro, and review links open Yelp; those services apply their own privacy policies.
