What does the labor price include?

Your approved labor price covers the work needed to complete the agreed repair, including a second visit or other return trips required to install the necessary parts. It is not a separate labor charge for each visit.

There are thousands of appliance models and parts, so a technician cannot carry every possible replacement part. Sometimes we need to source or order a part after diagnosing the problem, then return to finish the repair.

The labor price reflects the complete repair process and the technician’s time across those visits, not just the time spent in your home on the first visit. Parts are priced separately. If a different problem or additional work is identified, we discuss any change to the quote with you before proceeding.

Understanding your repair quote

• Labor and parts are separate. The table shows labor only. Replacement parts and applicable sales tax on parts are additional and will be included in your quote.
• “Starting from” is a starting estimate. It is not a guaranteed total. The listed ranges are not price caps; a complex repair may cost more.
• Labor is for the agreed job, not an hourly rate. Your quote specifies the work covered, including the return visits needed to complete that repair.
• The diagnostic fee is not charged twice. If you proceed, the $85 already paid is credited toward the approved repair total.
• You approve the repair price first. We explain the required work and quote after diagnosis. Any additional work or change in price is discussed for approval before proceeding.

What if a secondary issue appears?

Sometimes an additional problem only becomes apparent after the initial repair restores operation or allows further testing. Not every secondary issue can be identified during the first diagnosis.

If this happens, we explain what we found and discuss the additional repair and its cost with you before proceeding. We try to keep the extra cost as low as possible: when feasible, we charge only for the additional parts, or keep any additional labor charge minimal.

This is assessed case by case and depends on the additional work required. Parts-only pricing or reduced labor is not guaranteed for every secondary repair. Any additional charges require your approval.
