Working across appliance brands, he is known for being punctual, efficient and reliable. He brings that same commitment to each service visit, with close attention to both the repair and the customer’s experience.

Andrei brings nearly 13 years of technical experience, with a strong focus on premium appliances and refrigeration. His skills include sealed-system repairs and precision welding, and he enjoys finding practical answers to challenging mechanical problems.

Alongside appliance repair, he provides dryer vent cleaning. His approach combines careful workmanship with resourceful troubleshooting, whether he is working on a complex cooling system or helping restore airflow through a dryer vent.

With more than four years of experience at Royal Appliance, Andrei works on a broad range of household appliances. He takes time to diagnose the issue carefully and explain what he finds, so customers can understand the next steps.

Away from service calls, he runs marathons and plays competitive hockey. The patience, stamina and discipline those sports demand also show in his work: focused troubleshooting, attention to detail and respect for each customer’s home.

Serge combines more than three years of part-time home-service experience with studies at CSU Fullerton and a background in professional soccer. Balancing these commitments has helped shape his focused, dependable approach to work.

He enjoys surfing in his spare time and brings an active, hands-on attitude to the team, with an emphasis on looking after customers and their homes.

Daniel has four years of hands-on appliance repair experience, including sealed-system work on LG, Samsung and other brands. As the team’s youngest member, he has developed a strong technical foundation, particularly in refrigeration.

He approaches both complex cooling problems and everyday appliance repairs with care and responsibility. Thoughtful customer service and close attention to the details of each repair are central to the way he works.
